While Endgame would not confirm a specific fundraising goal, the documents indicate a $75 million round is part of the company’s plan to grow its annual recurring revenue, which it reported as $21.8 million in 2018, up from just $3.6 million in 2016. Endgame CEO Nathan Fick confirmed in an email the company is raising a new round with what he said was “full insider participation,” which normally refers to existing investors.
