According to officials with the New Jersey Lottery, one lucky player in Vineland purchased a Fast Play ticket for the $2 Jersey Jackpot and won $23,613.

If you do the math, that’s a 1,180,550% return.

That lucky ticket was sold at Wawa on South Delsea Drive at Sherman Avenue in Vineland.
